In high-level Polytrack competition, you cannot guess where you are losing time—you must analyze ghost telemetry:

1. Analyzing Ghost Relative Velocity

• Straightaway Pull: If the target ghost pulls away in a straight line, you either entered the straight with lower exit speed or took a wider line through the previous corner.
• Corner Entry Divergence: Watch when the ghost’s brake lights flash. Top drivers brake later and lighter, rotating the car before applying full throttle.

2. Identifying Micro-Scrub Speed Bleed

• Over-Steering: Turning the steering wheel past the optimal slip angle scrubs 10-15 km/h off top speed without providing extra turning force.
• Air Roll Misalignment: Hitting a landing ramp even 5 degrees off-axis causes tire bounce that interrupts engine acceleration.
